Document Description
The application proposes to subdivide an approximately 7.04-acre vacant commercial parcel into two parcels of 4.04 acres and 3.00 acres at 10040 Palisades Dr. (APN 019-450-042-000). No development was proposed as part of this application. The property owner requested approval of the Tentative Map in order to subdivide the property for the purpose of selling a portion of the site. An initial study/mitigated negative declaration was prepared to analyze potential impacts that are anticipated to result from access to the project site through an identified wetland on the property. Any future development proposed on the project site will required additional environmental review.
