The proposed project has been designed in compliance with the Standards and guidelines outlined in the Perris Valley Commerce Center SP, including but not limited to landscape, parkway, setback, lot coverage, FAR, and architectural requirements. Landscaping would be provided along Harley Knox Blvd, Redlands Ave, and Nance St.
