Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0300-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Waterworks Park.
Project is limited to the vegetation maintenance along approx. 1,100 feet of boulder Creek to ensure the capacity of the channel to pass a 100 year flood as specified in the City of Redding's Notice of the Permittee. Specific work listed on the following page includes: Removal of lose garage and debris from the channel; Pruning of trees up to main stump or branch to allow high flows to pass and lessen the opportunity of debris to rack and block the flow within the channel; Removal of debris racks that have collected on existing vegetation; Cutting of reeds, grasses, and forbs within the channel; Removal of all cut vegetation from the channel and disposed of in a legal manor.
