Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0549-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to MHV, LLC, as represented by Paul Stoddard. Project is limited to the removal of 75 Eucalyptus Trees along an approx. 1,100 linear foot reach of Hopper Creek. The project also includes restoration of the site with 500 native trees, shrubs, and grasses. Species include: live oak (Quercus agrifolia), valley oak (Quercus lobate), ORegon ash (Fraxinus latifolia), white alder (Alnus Rhombifolia), CA rose (Rosa californica), snowberry (Symphoricarpos albus), and Santa Barbara sedge (Carex Barbarae).
