Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0445-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to John T. Bambury Trust.
The project is limited to grading to realigning No Name Creek, removing an on-stream pond, removing riprap weir, and replant with riparian vegetation. This project is being conducted in response to multiple permitting violations. The current violations include Sonoma County due to PRMD grading w/o a permit, SF RWQCB for a clean up and abatement order, and the Army Corps of Engineers for a Notice of Alleged Violation for No Name Creek. Infrastructure removal will involve excavating material, backfill, and re-grading activities as necessary to restore the bed, channel, and bank of each impacted drainage course to pre-project condition. The pond to be removed is about 0.035 acres and the realigned creek channel is approx 30-ft wide, 1,025 ft long. The newly constructed channel will be approx the same dimensions. Approx 2,000 sf of riprap in total will be removed from the site, including at the northwestern property edge, at a constructed tractor crossing, and at the confluence with Roger's Creek.
