The project proposes to split approx. 5.25 acres from a 75.31-acre property west of Lake Earl Drive and transfer development density from the parent parcel to the new parcel. After completion of required mitigation on the property in an approved Coastal Development Permt, the Border Coast Regional Airport Authority (BCRAA) is proposing to deed the new parcel back to the original seller of the property. The Planned Community zoning of the property requires that a Use Permit to be obtained for any proposed used.
