Document Description
The proposed project consists of the Annexations, General Plan Amendment & Pre-Zone for Melon Properties LLC along the northern City Limits to annex an estimated 7.75 acres out of the total 8.19 acre project site. The project consists of a multi-family development of approx. 152 dwelling units. The current land use designation is for low density residential and does not allow for multi-family development therefore a General Plan Amendment and Pre-Zone is required from LDR-Low Density Residential to HDR - High Density Residential. Primary access would be via a driveway on Melon Road and a second driveway on Underwood Road (9th St).
