Document Description
The city proposes to construct a recycled water distribution system that would divert disinfected tertiary municipal wastewater from the city's existing wastewater treatment facility to various non-potable uses within the city and surrounding areas. The proposed project consists of an initial phase of construction and delivery of recycled water to identified potential near-term users, and a possible future extension of the distribution system to serve additional areas of Paso Robles and surrounding unincorporated areas in the future. The system would generally consist of recycled water pipelines (6-24 in diameter), a recycled water pump station, storage tank, and discharge of surplus recycled water to the Salinas River and Huer Huero Creek.
