Document Description
Trunmark Homes is proposing demolition of the onsite structures for development of a master-planned residential community of 58 single-family, two-story residential hoes on 6.1 acres, a public park on up to 2-acres, and 0.7 acres of public facilities and roadway areas.
As part of the circulation plan for the proposed project, existing streets adjacent to the north, south, and west boundary of the site would be widened to include parallel parking and sidewalk. Access to the development is proposed at the Vinemaple Ave/Toyan Ave/Dahlia Dr. intersection and Dahlia Court. Dahlia Ct. would be extended to connect with a looped private street that connects fron Dahlia Dr. Each of the 58 single family homes woul dbe served by two parking spaces in the garage and two unenclosed parking spaces in the driveway. On street parking for the development would include approximately 16 spaces on the internal street, 16 spaces on the public streets adjacent to proposed homes and 19 spaces adjacent to the public park.
