Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration AGreement number 1600-2016-0399-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to David and Evelyn Fitzgerald.
The project is limited to the removal of excess sediment and debris throughout the creek channel and creek bank reinforcement along the property perimeter of INdian Creek. The project includes using a backhoe, dump truck and ski steer to remove sediment, relocate eroded materials and add approximately 20 cubic yards of 3-inch minus back fill to restore an approximately 158-foot section of the southwest side of the creek bank to a 45 degree angle. The bank will then be stabilized with 6-12 inch plus rip rap to detour future erosion. Similar stabilization and erosion control work will occur along aprox. 130 feet of the southeast side of the creek bank. Project activities will occur during the dry season and in dry conditions.
