This parcel is located in a residential subdivision and, due to its elevation, was acquired by the city in 1982 for purposes of constructing a water reservoir to serve the residents of Paso Robles. Since that time, the city has conducted further planning and analysis and determined that it no longer needs to construct a water reservoir on that property.
