Document Description
The city is proposing to redevelop a 2.88-acre parcel at 2780 El Camino Real with a residential apartment complex. The project site is bordered by El Camino Real to the north, San Tomas Expressway to the east, and Kiely Blvd to the west. Mixed use land uses are located to the north of the project site, and residential land uses are located south of the project site. The proposed project includes 58 dwelling units plus associated landscaping and parking. The project would serve approx 158 new residents. Access to the site would be provided through one driveway, with an entry point at the northwest corner of the project site from northbound Kiely Blvd.
