Document Description
The project would involve the construction of an approx. 35,050-sf, two-story classroom building on the southeastern side of the HS, along with campus site improvements. Construction of the new building would necessitate removal of the landscaped area currently consisting of a large grass lawn with trees and Stai Court. This classroom building would include 16 general classrooms; collaboration spaces; core functions such as restrooms, utility spaces, and an elevator; and an outdoor collaborative classroom. The classroom building and associated site work would be ADA compliant.
