The proposed project includes the acquisition of a 22.7 acre school site and the construction and operation of an elementary school on the site. The campus would have approx 28 classrooms, administrative offices, a multi-purpose building, hardcourt areas and athletic fields that could potentially be lighted. The school would have approx 50 employees, including administrators, faculty, and support staff.
