Document Description
The proposed project includes the acquisition of a 22.7 acre school site and the construction and operation of an elementary school on the site. The project would serve up to 750 students in grades TK-6. The campus would have approx. 28 classrooms, administrative offices, a multi-purpose building, hardcourt areas and athletic fields that could potentially be lighted. The school would have approx. fifty employees, including administrators, faculty, and support staff. The project site is planned to be annexed to the City of Clovis and served by City of Clovis public facilities once planned urban development occurs near the project site. The timing for the construction of the school would depend on enrollment growth and funding availability. The District estimates that the school could be constructed in approx. five years.
