Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes adding a new well to the existing water system as a replacement for a well that was destroyed during a power failure and pump removal accident. The project also involves drilling an 18- inch minimum bore hole approximately 700 feet deep and installing an 8 inch well casing and screens with appropriate gravel pack. The well will be equipped with a submersible 325 gallons per minute pump and sand separator. The project will include a meter and apprutances at the well head and less than 100 feet of an 8-inch waterline connection, a variable frequency drive controller, and a replacement generator.
