Document Description
A development plan (D16-00013) to construct a three-story, 85,000 sq. ft. ambulatory facility/medical office building with a three-tier parking structure on an approx. 4.8-acre site located at the southeast corner of Jefferson Street and Vista Way, within the Fire Mountain Neighborhood Planning Area. It is anticipated that the facility will provide non-emergency medical services to about 12,750 patients per month. Emergency medical services are not proposed as part of the facility. The project site has a zoning designation of Community Commercial (CC) and a General Plan land use designation of Community Commercial (CC).
