Document Description
The proposed project includes the acquisition of a 25-acre school site and the construction and operation of an elementary school on the site. The elementary school would serve up to 750 students in grades TK-6. The campus would have approximately 28 classrooms, administrative offices, a multi-purpose building, hardcourt areas and athletic fields that would potentially be lighted. The school would have approximately fifty employees, including administrators, faculty, and support staff. The project includes the annexation to the City of Fresno of the Locan Avenue street right-of-way to the school site and the residential parcel to the north.
