Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0016-R4, issued to Madera County Public Works. The Project includes activities related to the replacement of seven deteriorating water intake pipes with one upgraded intake pipe at an existing water diversion facility and annual diversion of water purchased through contract. The amendment includes changes to allow for reductions to the avoidance buffers described in the protective measures for California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) and nesting birds.
