Document Description
Rezone of 286.35 acres from unclassified to rural residential, ten acre min and a tentative parcel map to create four parcels of approx 40 acres each and a remainder parcel of 112.77 acres. The project is located on the west side of Hyampom Valley in the rural residential, timberland interface. It has several streams onsite, as well as ponds and a mapped landslide. Potential impacts to the South Fork Trinity River (a TMDL listed stream) include erosion runoff, decreased flows and loss of riparian species.
