Document Description
UC Davis proposes to demolish Emerson Hall, which is a part of the existing Cuatro Residence Hall Area, and construct a new four to five story building. The Cuarto Area is arranged around Oxford Circle, located north of Russell Blvd and south of Sycamore Lane. Replacement of Webster Hall would increase the housing on site from 500 beds to 700-800 beds. The residence hall would also include space for a student lounges and study center, laundry facilities, a student-community kitchen, and bicycle parking.
