Document Description
The Winters Joint Unified School District is proposing the following: 1) the replacement of existing bleachers and lighting at the existing stadium, including press box and public address system and undergrounding of utilities; 2) new six-lane synthetic track at the football field to replace existing five-lane decomposed granite dirt track; 3) new six-classroom wing; 4) conversion of existing Art Labs to a student union/cafeteria, including demolition of an existing storage building; 5) demolition of the existing cafeteria building and replacement with an administration and counseling building; and 6) conversion of the existing weight room to a music space. The project would result in a net addition of 9,103 gsf of building area on the campus.
