Document Description
The proposed project is an application for a CUP to allow the construction and operation of a place of worship with related on-site facilities on an approximate 5.53-acre site located in an unincorporated portion of San Bernardino County, within the city of Loma Linda's SOI. Specifically, the project site is on the northwest corner of Beaumont Ave and Nevada St. The applicant proposes up to 3 construction phases; due to the project applicant being a non-profit organization, the timing of each phase is depended upon funding. It is anticipated that build-out of the project would occur between 2030 and 2035.
