Document Description
Project proposes to develop a 156.38 acre subdivision including 627 single-family homes (planned unit development and R-1), 762,890 sq. ft. of apartments and two parks (total 2 acres). The project also includes a 39 acres of internal roads, a 10.3 acre detention pond, an easement for the Imperial Irrigation District and a storm drainage easement. The project would develop water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage infrastructure within the subdivision connecting into existing infrastructure surrounding the project site.
