Document Description
FYI: Final available at http:www.stancog.org/pdf/rtp2018/2018-rtp-scs-peir.pdf The proposed 2018 RTP/SCs is a long range planning document required by both state and federal law that will guide the development of transportation improvements throughout Stanislaus County. The 2018 RTP/SCS contains a compilation of the transportation system improvement projects proposed by StanCOG, as the state-designated RTPA for the county. The 2018 RTP/SCS includes the SCS pursuant to the requirements of SB 375. Accordingly, the 2018 RTP/SCS identifies transportation improvement projects and a land use scenario that would effectively meet SB 375 GHGe requirements.
