Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 3.28-acre Project consists of removing the existing one lane South Avenue Bridge, improving the approach to the bridge in the southbound direction, realigning a portion of South Fork Jackson Creek to remove the existing sharp bend to improve hydrology and flood capacity, and building a replacement bridge. The Project will permanently impact 0.036 acre/42 linear feet and/or temporarily impact 0.314 acre/584 linear feet of water of the United States.
