Document Description
Approval of a variance allowing for a taller wall on Site C, in association with a project that would redevelop three sites in downtown Covina (Sites B1, B2, and C) with mixed-use structures. The sites total 0.95 acre and are located near the intersection of North Citrus Avenue with West Orange Street and East San Bernardino Road with Park Avenue in the City of Covina. The sites are currently developed with surface parking and one vacant commercial structure. Upon implementation of the project the sites would be redeveloped with 18 multi-family residential units, 4,400 sq. ft. of commercial uses (office space and retail space), and surface parking areas.
