Water Authority (Authority) 2017 Central Valley Project (CVP) Water to Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District (WSD) This NOD replaces the NOE filed by the Agency on Oct. 27, 2017. The Agency is entering into the Agreement with DWR to deliver 2017 CVP water to Rosedale-Rio Bravo WSD. In compliance with the CA Environmental Water Quality Act, the Authority filed the Water Transfer Program for the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority 2014-2038 Final EIR/EIS on Jan 28, 2013. As part of the Authority's Water Transfer Program, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will make available to the Agency on behalf of its member unit Rosedale-Rio Bravo WSD up to 50,000 acre-feet of the Authority's 2017 CCVP water currently in storage in San Luis Reservoir, for delivery to Rosedale-Rio Bravo WSD.
