The proposed project is in Sardine Valley within the Davies Creek watershed in Sierra County. The project plans to restore approx 300 acres of meadow habitat in the Davies Creek watershed by filling the eroded channel to restore groundwater levels and return the Creek to its historic channels. Direct impacts within the project footprint are anticipated to be approx 22 acres.
