Document Description
The project is a parcel map for a two-parcel residential land division. The proposal would subdivide an existing 15.6 acre parcel to create a 10.4 acre lot and a 5.2 acre lot for residential uses. Upon approval, the applicant would be required to improve access to the proposed lots prior to recording the final parcel map. Access improvements would include application of a 10-ft wide chip seal or asphalt surface over an existing shared road connection and approx 400 lf of an existing driveway. A new residential driveway would be constructed along the west property line of proposed Lot B. The new driveway would provide access from an existing residence to an existing barn proposed lot B. New driveway would be approx 250 ft long with a ten ft wide gravel surface. Construction activities would include grading for drainage and surface preparation, and application of the surface material.
