Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0049-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mac's Marine and Land Construction Inc. Project is limited to the replacement of an existing dock. The old dock and 5 wooden pilings will be removed prior to installation of the new structure and properly disposed. The new dock will be pre-fabricated off site in sections and floated into place with a crane and barge. Crane and barge will be used for pile driving & to install the section, sections will be welded on site. Thirteen 8-inch steel pilings will be used to secure the new structure. the new structure will consist of a 4-foot by 42-foot L shaped pier with hand railings, two 3-foot by 20-foot gangways with aluminum hand railing, a 12-foot by 22-foot swim platform, a 16-foot by 28 foot boat lift platform with roof and electric drive mechanism, and a 3-foot by 20-foot stairway with handrails. All structures will have Vinyl decking.
