Document Description
Caltrans proposes to rehabilitate pavement and improve the vertical clearance at two overcrossings along 10.8 miles of SR 99 in Kern County. The work will construct the two northbound outside lanes, and shoulder from Union Avenue (PM 11.0) to White Lanes (PM 21.2). The project will increase the vertical clearance at the Panama Lane and White Lane overcrossings to 16.5 feet by replacing and lowering the existing roadbed in both directions. Between PM 19.7 and 20.9, lanes 3 and 4 and outside shoulder will be reconstructed in both directions.
