Document Description
Replace in -kind a 12' diameter storm damaged culvert below the existing dam structure at Bethany Reservoir State Recreation Area to prevent future damage to the dam structure. Work will: Exacavate, remove, and dispose of damaged culvert; Install new 12" diameter open culvert, 303 cubic yards of rip-rap, geotextile fabric, and aggregate base rock; cover material with excavated native soil and tamp back into place to restore natural grade; and install certified weed-free straw waddles for erosion control and silt fencing to protect work area from damage
