Document Description
Replace the existing main domestic water and hydronic valves campus wide. Repave the existing Defensive Driving and Motorcycle Network course. Proposed work includes a paving a 3190 square feet access road. Previously disturbed ground will be compacted and two to four inches of asphalt concrete will be placed on top of 4 inches of aggregate base, Curve widening will include twenty two feet of curb removal, and 591 square feet of asphalt concrete poured on previously disturbed ground. 200 square feet of the construction route will be replaced with 2,000 square feet of asphalt over existing gravel.
Replace three existing electrical substation and switchgear equipment.
Replace existing electrical panels at approx. 59 locations.
Replace two existing hot water tanks at dormitories on a new concrete pad, 10 feet by 8 feet by 6 inches, constructed on previously disturbed ground.
Replace two existing air handling units and ducting at the main classroom building.
Replace the existing cast iron sanitary sewer and waste plumbing lines (main and feeder) under cafeteria.
Replace flat roofs at dorms, carefteria, firing range office, firing range classroom, emergency vehicle operation center (EVOC), and PX building.
Install new fire alarm system campus wide.
Remove and replace the main boiler and heat exchangers at the central plant building.
Renovate the existing interior gymnasium locker rooms to meet ADA code compliance.
Renovate the interior of the existing retail storage at PX Building.
Renovate existing dorm rooms 113-118 to meet ADA code compliance.
