Document Description
This project will apply a geosynthetic reinforced chip seal and fog seal on the north bound lanes of Hwy 395. Existing highway pavement is cracked in the wheel path; chip seal and fog seal are designed to improve pavement quality, increase driver safety, and prolong pavement life.
