Document Description
The project is limited to one temporary encroachment at Crossing X1. If water is flowing a temporary Spittler crossing, consisting of logs for fill shall be installed. The crossing shall be covered with a minimum 6 inch compacted depth of native soil. The logs and culvert shall be wrapped with chokers during construction to facilitate removal. Upon completion of use and prior to the first winter period, the structure shall be removed.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
