Document Description
Adoption of an ordinance amending the Town of Windsor Zoning Ordinance to prohibit the establishment or operation of any type of recreational (non-medical) marijuana businesses within the Town of Windsor. As required by Prop. 64, the ordinance would allow for more personal indoor cultivation of up to 6 marijuana plants for recreational (non-medical) purposes at a private residence. The ordinance establishes standards for personal indoor cultivation, including a requirement for an administrative "over-the-counter" zoning clearance, and also establishes specific fines for violation of non-medical marijuana regulation.
