Document Description
An administrative use permit ("AUP") to allow Soul Case, LLC ("Applicant") to establish an F45 Training health club at 26711 Aliso Creek Road, #100A in Aliso Viejo. Project includes converting the 2,237 sq. ft. tenant space into a health club facility a high intensity/interval training center that includes a lobby exercise area, lockers, and shower and restroom facilities. No outside product is proposed to be sold onsite; however, there will be 12 sq. feet in the lobby dedicated to showcasing F45 Training apparel and accessories. Weekday morning class times will start as early as 5:30 a.m. Throughout the day, there will be approx. 3-4 classes in the morning, one lunchtime class, and three afternoon classes. Classes are 45 minutes long with 15 minute breaks between classes. Classes will conclude by 7:30 p.m. Saturday classes are proposed to begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 12:30 p.m. Although there are no classes initially proposed to occur on Sunday the Applicant is requesting the ability to be open for classes from 7:34 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Each class will have a maximum of 27 participants and 4 staff members.
