Proposed resolution approving agreement EPC-17-016 with the Regents of the University of California, Davis for a $1,222,284 grant to develp a comprehensive online facility siting tool that allows users to quickly evaluate economic feasibility of transportation costs,various biopower technologies and environmental tradeoffs of residual woody biomass facilities at particular locatons and perform a case study analysis at multiple locations, with a focus on those in fire hazard severity zones in California.
