Document Description
The preferred land use alternative that has been selected by the city council to be studied could include up to 6,900 residential units and up to 730,000 sf of commercial development beyond that which currently exists in the project area. A land use concept that includes development concentrated in four key transportation "nodes" along the corridor has been developed, which helped the city assess the total development potential that could be available along El Camino Real. However, the environmental analysis that will occur will help inform the land use plan that is developed for the final specific plan.
