Document Description
The project is a proposed minor subdivision of a 2.03-ac parcel into a 1-acre parcel to the north and a 1.03-acre parcel to the south located on South Bank Rd, adjacent to the Smith River. Currently, the parcel is developed with two single family residences located on opposite sides of the property, as well as several accessory buildings. Both proposed parcels are served with on-site septic systems and river wells. The proposed parcels would conform to zoning regulations and be consistent with the county general plan. Both proposed parcels would be developed to their max potential density, and no further development or activities are proposed.
