Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0060-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, the County of El Dorado Dept. of Transportation, as represented by Rafael Martinez.
The project is limited to the development and construction of an 8-foot wide paved Class 1 multi-use bicycle and pedestrian trail, extending approx. 2.2 miles, with 2 foot shoulders on either side, signage, and signalized pedestrian crossings at Forni Road and Blanchard Road. As a result of grading for the trail, small portions of ephemeral streams and drainage ditches will be filled at four locations.
