Document Description
Goleta Sanitary District is proposing to address a capacity deficiency in the 24-inch gravity sewer running through the Storke Ranch Development within the city of Goleta and adjacent to UCSB. A portion of this new sewer would be on University property and would serve both University owned property and non-University properties. The proposed project also abandons a portion of an existing swer line running under West Storke Wetland on the University's Storke Campus. The University approval n association with the Project is limited to one granting a temporary license to the District to construct approximately 1,500 feet of main sewer trunk line, manholes, and ancillary facilities to abandon the District's existing sewer line and appurtenances on the University's Storke Campus, and 2) granting an easement to the District to locate, operate, repair and maintain the District's new main sewer trunk line, manholes and ancillary facilities.
