In lieu of expansion of the existing Storke Ranch sewer pipeline, the project involves installation of approx 3,800 ft of sewer line along Phelps Rd between Pacific Oaks Rd and Sycamore Walk, approx 1,900 ft of sewer line on UCSB property along Mesa Rd from Sycamore Walk to the existing Mesa Rd sewer line, and approx 900 ft of sewer line on UCSB property extending south along Sycamore Walk from Mesa Rd.
