Document Description
CDPR is evaluating the potential environmental effects of acquiring a 57-acre RV Park that is adjacent to Ocotillo Wells SVRA. The property offers CDPR a wide range of recreational and educational opportunities conveniences to support Ocotillo Wells SVRA visitors. The property includes 185 developed campsites with electric/water hook-ups and dump station, coin operated showers, a swimming pool, fenced RV storage yard, and a special event stage/venue. CDPR would operate the RV Park as a CDPR facility. All CDPR regulations governing recreational use would be applied to the RIV Park. No changes are proposed to the existing facilities.
