Document Description
Applications for a tentative map (TM2015-4), Development review permit (DR2015-8), and Environmental initial study (AEIS2015-14) for a 40-unit residential condo project, developed in 8 33-ft tall buildings of five attached units on a two acre lot. AEIS2015-14 is an application that initiated review of the project in accordance with CEQA. The project site is developed with two single family residences and an auto body shop that will be demolished. The project will consist of 40 units and each unit will consist of an at-grade two car garage with two floors of living area (approx 1,300 sf) above. Internal circulation would be provided through a U-shaped road with two driveways accessed from Mission Greens Road. Full municipal services, including sewer and water, are available to the site.
