Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0349-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board The project is limited to installation of a 31- by 36-foot clear span bridge across Beresford Creek and relocation of existing tracks into wetland drainage channels north and south of 25th avenue, requiring expansion of the existing culvert that carries Beresford Creek by approximately 64 linear feet. In total, the project would have approximately 0.371 acres (1,354 linear feet) of permanent impacts and 0.079 acres (290 linear feet) of temporary impacts to streams and associated drainage channels.
