Document Description
A CUP to construct a wireless communication facility that includes a 155-ft tall lattice tower. AT&T is proposing to locate an antenna array (with 12 antennas) at the 152-ft above ground elevation, a microwave dish at the 145-ft above ground elevation, an equipment shelter, a stand-by propane generator and a 499 gallon propane tank on a concrete slab. Utilities will be underground, except between the tower and the equipment shelter. The lattice tower and ground equipment will be located within a 1,350 sf lease area with a 6-ft tall chain link fence with barbed wire. Access to the facility will be provided by a 12-ft wide easement from Shute Mountain Rd.
