Document Description
The proposed project is a combined GPA and minor subdivision of a 57.6 acre parcel. The property currently has a GP LUD of Ag general - 5 acre min and golf course. The applicants propose to amend the Golf course designation to ag general which would be consistent with the property zoning of ag. The minor subdivision would create four 5-acre parcels on the east side of the property and a 38.2 acre remainder. The newly created parcels would be accessed by Kings Valley Road and are proposed to utilize on-site water wells sewage disposal systems. No development is proposed with this project.
