Document Description
The applicant proposes to subdivide and develop the site for retail and single and multi family residential uses. The site will be subdivided into three parcels to accommodate retail development along Hillcrest Ave, high-density multi family residential adjacent to and shared access with the retail development, and detached single family homes on the upper portion of the site. The proposed development will include six bioretention basins extending north and south along the slope. The large scale mixed use development would consist of 10.45 acres of commercial use, 7.0 acres of condominiums, 4.05 acres of single family housing, and 1.08 acres dedicated to ROW on Hillcrest Ave.
